The Minister of Education of Thailand visits NREC

Dr. Teerakiat Jareonsettasin, Minister of Education of Thailand, visited NREC to learn about the latest robotics and educational technologies our center develops. NREC discussed how its vision systems, autonomous vehicles, and humanoid robot technologies will integrate into commercial applications. But the visit centered on the technology for educational applications from the Robotics Academy. Specializing in both in-person and online education, the Robotics Academy is a world leader in robotics education. The program studies how teachers use robots in the classroom, trains teachers internationally and offers educational programs rooted in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
